The comprehensive evaluation was conducted by a team of five assessors from Tourism Malaysia Headquarters and MOTAC. The waterpark excelled in seven key evaluation criteria:
Marketing and Promotion, Appearance and Experience, Facilities, Staffing and Operations,
Safety Practices, Sustainability Practices, and Visitor Surveys.
MyTQA, initiated by MOTAC in 2014, aims to enhance the quality of tourism products and services across Malaysia. This esteemed accreditation acknowledges Splash Out Langkawi's dedication to excellence, and reinforces its commitment to providing exceptional visitor experiences.
