Alhamdulillah, akhirnya misi nak amalkan Roasted Garlic dalam menu harian tercapai. Pagi tadi huda buat Roasted Garlic untuk di makan waktu lunch. Jom kita sama-sama kongsi resepi mudah untuk buat Roasted Garlic dengan Extra Virgin Olive Oil , dan semestinya huda gunakan EVOO jenama PONS. 

Resipi Roasted Garlic dengan Extra Virgin Olive Oil Pons




Bahan yang diperlukan :- 
4 labu bawang putih yang segar 
2 sudu Extra Virgin Olive Oil Pons
Aluminium Foil

Cara-cara :

1) Bersihkan bawang putih dengan buang lapisan luar
2) Potong bahagian atas sehingga nampak isi bawang putih ( potong dengan menggunakan pisau yang tajam dalam anggaran 1/3 )
3)  Letakkan EVOO di atas bawang putih tadi, dan rata kan sempurna
4) bungkus dengan aluminium foil, dan masukkan ke dalam oven. bakar dengan suhu 190 °C selama 30 - 45 minit . Bergantung pada oven.





Alhamdulillah, selesai 45 minit dalam oven, semerbak bau wangi bawang putih kat dapur. 

Encik suami pun suka makan dengan nasi masa lunch tadi, sedap! Esok pagi nak buat garlic spread pulak makan dengan wholemeal bread.
